A suspect has been charged with destruction by fire and attempted insurance fraud in a Jan. 1 fire that destroyed a plastics factory in Arbent, France, France 3 reports.

The body of Francois Guinard, owner of CSP Diffusion, was found hanged inside the burned-out structure four days after the fire. The man charged is a relative of Guinard, France 3 reports.
