North American Rescue's tracheostomy kit with bougie introducer gives EMTs a convenient device with a pre-inserted bougie that allows the user to introduce the tube into the trachea.
The tube indicates the correct placement prior to insertion.
The bougie can be adjusted so the excess is tucked into the included cap that rests on top of a sterile, latex tube with a 6mm inner diameter and inflatable cuff.
It contains the same flexible tube as the company's Tactical CricKit.
