Williams Fire & Hazard Control's Thunderstorm W813A is an aqueous film forming foam concentrate that combines flourocarbon and hydrocarbon surfactant to provide superior fire and vapor suppression for Class B, polar solvent, and hydrocarbon fuel fires.
The W813A formulation can be deployed as a 1% solution on hydrocarbon fuels or as a 3% solution on polar solvent fuels in fresh, salt, or hard water.
The AR-AFFF concentrate meets the National Fire Protection Association's Standard 11 for low-, medium-, or high-expansion foam. It meets other standards, including UL Standard 162, ULC S564, and EN 1568:2008. It also qualifies as a C6-compliant foam, according to the company.
The foam is available in pails, drums, totes, or bulk shipment.
