Training During a Health Crisis

Industrial Rescue is facing the very challenges other organizations are dealing with: External factors are affecting the delivery of emergency response training.   

This affects not only classes at the fire training field, but also in the facilities we visit to interact with employees through in-house training.

As companies limit or cancel classes and travel, we are working with each one to accommodate their needs and reschedule.  With a full calendar, our company faces the challenge of providing quality instruction with NO COMPROMISE IN STUDENT SAFETY.  We will work with each client to meet their training needs. 

We know organizations will face a shrinking calendar in order to complete mandated training. 

This is the same challenge other groups are facing.

The effects of this health hazard will affect employees conducting their own in-house training with a reduced work force and employees being concerned about outside factors.

As companies strive to meet training regulatory compliance, we are available to help formulate a strategic plan.  We are working with smaller groups to combine classes in order to help with financial and logistical issues.  Working together allows us to provide an optimum learning experience.
