An explosion in a shredder spread flames through a metal recycling plant Tuesday afternoon in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
High winds fanned the flames and created heavy smoke rising from the plant located east of downtown, local media reports.
One person suffered smoke inhalation and a second-degree burn on their hand, authorities state.
