Fire enveloped a paint factory Wednesday morning in the Gajah Tunggal industrial area of Tangerang, Indonesia, local media reports.

Sixteen emergency units deployed to the fire at PT Kansai Coating Initiative shortly after midnight. Despite the application of water, the flames escalated dramatically, WARTAKOTA Live reports.

The Tangerang City Government later increased the response to 25 fire trucks with nearly 300 emergency personnel on scene.

PMI Kota Tangerang, BPBD Kota Tangerang and Radio Elshinta posted extensive photos and video to Twitter showing repeated fireball rising above the scene.
