Fire broke out Saturday afternoon at a pigment plant in Colombia’s Aburra Valley.

An extended plume of flame rose from a flaring stack at the chemical facility in Girardota, Colombia, video shows. However, smoke and flames were apparent at the base of the stack as well.

Authorities report that the local fire department was able to control the flames with no escape of toxic gases. No injuries were reported.
