A massive blaze devastated a canning factory Tuesday in the Mendoza province of Argentina, local media report.

At about 2 a.m., firefighters were alerted to a fire at the AVASA factory in the town of Ugarteche. Responders brought the blaze under control before dawn.

Fire officials are investigating the emergency as possible arson. A similar fire broke out at the factory in 2018.
