Flames Overwhelm Pakistani Paint Factory

A motor fire is the suspected cause of a major paint factory fire Saturday morning in southeast Pakistan.

At least one person suffered burns from the fire, local media report. All workers have been safely evacuated from the burning building.

Fire officials ordered all buildings near the fire scene evacuated as well.

Aiding at the fire scene are members of the Pakistan Rangers, a paramilitary federal law enforcement agency. Fire engines belonging to the Pakistan Navy have also been called to the scene.
