Acetylene Cylinders Ignite Inside Taiwanese Factory

A truck full of acetylene cylinders caught fire Friday morning at a factory in southeast Taiwan.

People living nearby reported an unusual smell and reported it to police, local media report. Officers sent to investigate discovered the truck load of cylinders ablaze inside the factory.

Firefighters were able to tow the burning vehicle away from the building before putting out the fire. While the truck was a total loss, no injuries were reported due to the blaze.
