Over the past years, the International Rescue & Emergency Care Association partnered with the Fires Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to the promotion, recognition, integration, and technical excellence among various public safety organizations throughout Latin America.
With Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service’s (TEEX) Brayton Fire Training Field and Disaster City as its location, the conference is expanding the number of teams competing in its rescue challenges from six to 12.
