A leather factory fire Tuesday night in Pomona, California, near Los Angeles, left one firefighter injured, KLTA-TV reports.

At 11:30 p.m., firefighters arrived to find heavy smoke and fire at the scene, fire officials report. The fire went to two alarms before being extinguished shortly after 2 a.m. Wednesday.

Of the nearly 60 firefighters summoned to the scene, one suffered a minor injury. No factory workers were injured.

The factory, measuring 100-by-100 square feet sustained extensive damage from the fire.
