Worker form a bucket brigade to save what they can of a candle factory in India.

Seven people, one only 16 years old, died Sunday when a candle factory in Modinagar, India, went up in flames.

Six of the fatalities were women, local media in the Ghaziabad district report. Three other workers were injured in the fire and hospitalized.

Ten people were indoors when an explosion brought down the roof and gutted the building, local media report. At least 20 people were working at the plant when the blast occurred.

The cause of the fire has not been determined.
