
Fire destroyed the contents of a factory making plastic granules for injection molding Tuesday night in western India.
The inventory and equipment at the factory in Bhiwandi were a total loss, local media report. Twenty-two worker living on the first floor managed to escape with no injuries.
At about 10:30 p.m., officials dispatched two fire trucks upon the first report of the fire. The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
