A lengthy fire broke out Thursday afternoon in a process unit at the Phillips 66 oil refinery in Ponca City, Oklahoma, the Ponca City News reports.

Fire teams immediately responded and have the emergency under control.

Scott Wallace, HRBP manager, said there were no impacts to personnel or the community but refinery personnel were dispatched off-site and air quality is being monitored. “All data indicates there has been no off-site impact, said Wallace.
