Fire broke out Wednesday night in a warehouse at an ink business in Apodaca, Mexico, shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

No employees were on site when the blaze erupted shortly before 9 a.m. However, firefighters did evacuate more than 50 employees from a sheet factory next door, local media report.

Bomberos de Nuevo Leon and the Apodaca Civil Protection Department joined forces to battle the stubborn fire that was still burning nearly three hours later.
